CURBSIDE RECYCLING BEGINS JULY 2010
Starting June 17th Waste Management will start delivering recycling bins to residents. This process could take up to a week to complete. If you do not receive a recycling bin by Monday, June 28th please contact the borough at 412-781-0213.

The first pick-up of recyclables will be on Tuesday, July 6th with your regular trash; however, recyclables will only be picked up every other week. Recyclables allowed include; glass bottles, #1 & #2 plastics and bi-metal or aluminum cans. No paper, magazines or newsprint will be accepted. The Abitibi dumpsters located around town will still accept paper.

Also starting in July Waste Management will be taking over the billing of garbage from the borough. The fee will remain at $41.00 per unit, per quarter. |

ASPINWALL FLEA MARKET RULES
1. No phone reservations accepted.
2. Reservations may be made, in person only, at the Flea Market Fireman's food concession stand.
3. Reservations will be held until 8:00 a.m. After 8:00 the reserved space will be used on a first come first served basis.
4. Non reserved spaces may be rented the day of use. Walk-on persons will be given access to open non reserved spaces. Walk on spots may not be accessed prior to 7:00 a.m.
5. Setup may begin at 5:00 a.m. for those with a known reserved spot.
6. Setup may not begin for those without a reservation until the firefighter member in charge of placement arrives.
7. Flea market sales hours are 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. All flea marketers shall be out of the parking lot by 3:00 p.m.
8. No cars are permitted to remain in the lot during sales hours. Renters may off¬load their goods; then they must immediately remove the vehicle to a legal street parking space. No cars are permitted in the lot after 8:30 a.m.
9. Farmers are permitted to park in the Fireman prescribes locations.
10. Spot rental fee is $10.00 for each metered parking space. Space is defined as a metered parking stall. Renter shall maintain their goods within the white line boundaries of the metered space. They shall they extend tables or goods beyond the white lines open end.
11. Rental fee is due at 9:00 a.m., the day of use. A fireman will be around to collect monies due.
12. No food sales, for on-site consumption, are permitted by vendors. Food is offered for sale by the Fire department only.
13. All articles brought to the flea market by a vendor shall be removed by the vendor and legally disposed off-site. No trash may be deposited in the public waste containers strategically placed about the lot. No waste shall be left in the parking lot.
14. Parking is not permitted in the Jiffy Lube private lot adjacent the borough parking lot. Parked vehicles will be tagged and possibly towed.
